Actor Ray Liotta best known for playing mobster Henry Hill in ``Goodfellas'' and baseball player Shoeless Joe Jackson in ``Field of Dreams'' has died at the age of 67.
Representatives for Liotta tell NBC and the Hollywood Reporter that he died in his sleep last night in the Dominican Republic, where he was filming a new movie.
Liotta was born in Newark, New Jersey, in 1954, and was adopted out of an orphanage when he was six months old.
