Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to hold the first rally in Srinagar tomorrow after the removal of Article 370 for Jammu and Kashmir. He will inaugurate several development projects worth several crores for Kashmir.
Modi will attend the 'Developed India Developed Jammu and Kashmir' program at the stadium in Srinagar and will inaugurate around Rs 5,000 crore worth of projects to boost the agricultural economy in the state.
Reports say that the stadium in which PM Modi is going to hold a rally has been painted in the color of the tricolor. With Lok Sabha elections approaching and opposition parties demanding assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir, all eyes will be on what the Prime Minister says on these issues.
A number of programs are being run by the Central Government to strengthen the agricultural economy of Jammu and Kashmir and skill development training is expected to be given to around 2.5 lakh farmers. Meanwhile, Modi will also launch projects related to the tourism sector.
