Canada's Federal Court has overturned an Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) decision that would have released Karmvir Singh, an alleged member of the Bishnoi gang, which is listed as a terrorist entity in Canada, and a suspect wanted in India in connection with a homicide case. Langley RCMP are investigating a fatal collision that claimed the lives of two people after a crash involving a sport utility vehicle and a commercial truck at the intersection of 256 Street and 16 Avenue. According to a Langley RCMP news release, officers responded to the collision at approximately 10:49 p.m. on Aug. 4. Emergency crews from the Township of Langley Fire Department, BC Emergency Health Services, and Langley RCMP attended the scene.
