Canada's first-ever pandemic election culminates today as Canadians go to the polls.
Elections Canada says almost 6.8-million people voted early, but a majority of Canada's more than 30 million eligible voters will mark their ballots today.
Only two of the major party leaders are casting their ballots in the federal election today, Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau and Conservative Leader Erin O'Toole.
NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh voted in an advance poll in Burnaby, BC, and Bloc Quebecois Leader Yves-Francois Blanchet also voted in advance, but was out in Drummondville this morning to encourage people to get out and vote.
Green Party Leader Annamie Paul, who is running in a Toronto riding, voted by mail.
