Surrey police are investigating an incident involving a driver who allegedly approached two teenage girls and attempted to engage them in conversation. According to police, the incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, when the two girls were walking along 123A Street near Prince Charles Elementary School. An unidentified driver, who was alone in the vehicle, reportedly approached the teenagers and tried to speak with them.
