A disturbing incident has been reported at Redwood Park in South Surrey, where a man was caught on camera chasing another man with a knife. The incident happened around 5 p.m. Wednesday. The Vancouver Police Department has officially opened its new training centre at the Woodward’s building in the Downtown Eastside, marking a new chapter in its history.
