The counting of votes has started in the Bathinda Lok Sabha seat and the trends are continuously emerging. Harsimrat Kaur Badal is leading in this seat after the fifth round, while AAP's Gurmeet Singh Khudiya is second. There is going to be a very exciting competition during the Lok Sabha elections.

Among the 13 Lok Sabha seats of Punjab, Bathinda is included in the list of hot seats. The reason for this is that former Union Minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal is a candidate from here. Canada’s population grew by 0.5 per cent between July 2025 and July 2026, marking the slowest annual growth rate recorded since the end of the Second World War.
