Senior IPS officer of Punjab Police Gurinder Singh Dhillon has stepped into politics. He joined Congress today. Gurinder Singh Dhillon is an IPS officer of 1997 batch. He had taken retirement from the job a few days ago.
In Punjab, he was holding the charge of ADGP.-Law and Order. While leaving the job, he said that he now feels free from the cage. He also said that he has not yet thought about joining politics.
