Kangana Ranaut slap case: CISF constable Kulwinder Kaur and husband transferred to Bangalore

CISF constable Kulwinder Kaur, who slapped Bollywood actress and MP Kangana Ranaut at Chandigarh airport, has been posted to Bangalore along with her husband.
