A Quebec man is expected to make a court appearance today in Laval to face charges of first-degree murder in the deaths of his children.
A judge agreed to put off the arraignment until today for 45 year old Kamaljit Arora after both the Crown and a legal aid lawyer told court he's been in hospital and unable to communicate since his arrest Monday night.
He is accused of killing his daughter and son, aged 13 and 11 respectively, whose bodies were found Monday evening in the family home in Laval.
Arora also faces a charge of assault by strangulation of his wife.
