Dallewal has written to the Prime Minister, reiterating the demand for the implementation of a legal guarantee for MSP.

Farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal, who has been on a fast to death for 29 days at the Khanauri Morcha on the Punjab-Haryana border, was brought to the stage on a stretcher. Despite his critical condition, he assured the gathering that he was fine and urged unity to secure a legal guarantee for MSP and other demands.

Dallewal has written to the Prime Minister, reiterating the demand for the implementation of a legal guarantee for MSP.

Meanwhile, the Sanyukt Kisan Morcha clarified that it has no plans to join the ongoing struggles at the Shambhu and Khanauri borders or participate in the Punjab bandh called for December 30.
