It is worth mentioning that while chasing the target of 358 runs, the Sri Lankan team got all out by scoring 55 runs in 19.4 overs.

Mohammad Shami got 5 wickets, Mohammad Siraj got three and Jasprit Bumrah got 1 wicket.

Earlier, India scored 357 runs thanks to the stormy innings of Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli and Shreyas Iyer.

India has reached the top of the points table.
