Former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan has attacked General Qamar Javed Bajwa, who was the Chief of Army Staff, he said in an interview that trusting Bajwa was his biggest mistake.

According to a Pakistani newspaper, Imran Khan recently gave an interview via letter to journalist Mehdi Hasan, in which he said when asked who he believed to be responsible for his imprisonment, Imran said, 'I am sure that All this has been done by General Bajwa, I do not hold anyone else responsible.

In the interview, Imran Khan said that he has been imprisoned in a place where terrorists live and he is being deprived of basic facilities. Imran extended General Bajwa's tenure for three years in 2019, just three months before his retirement.

In the interview, Imran said that it was his biggest mistake and it was Bajwa who defamed him and he was completely behind the coup.
