A special investigation team will investigate the allegations of Rs 100 crore cyber scam against Punjab Aam Aadmi Party minister Harjot Singh Bains and his IPS wife Jyoti Yadav.

According to information, DGP Gaurav Yadav has formed a special investigation team of three officers of ADGP, IGP and SSP ranks in this regard.

However, the Congress has said that till Harjot Bains resigns from the cabinet, the inquiry is of no use as he can influence the inquiry if he remains a minister. It is to be noted that this investigation is being conducted on the allegations of former cyber crime inspector Amanjot Kaur in Mohali.
