Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says he wants to know from these MPs what they want.

Halifax MP Andy Fillmore says so far most of the conversation has focused on increasing capacity.

Apart from this, the issue of climate change was also discussed in yesterday's meeting.

Two more National Caucus meetings are planned for today.

The NDP, which had been demanding removal of the federal portion of GST from new rental properties, welcomed the move.

About 12 people were displaced after a fire damaged two adjoining homes on the 1900 block of Langan Avenue in Port Coquitlam on Sunday morning. Port Coquitlam Fire and Emergency Services sent more than 20 firefighters and an aerial ladder truck to the scene. Deputy Fire Chief Jason Marshall said crews arrived at about 10 a.m. to find both homes involved in the fire. One firefighter was injured while crews worked to contain the blaze. A woman has died after being swept into Lake Ontario at Jack Darling Memorial Park in Mississauga on Saturday night.
