Vikramjit has based five points in the petition and has argued that Amritpal hid the information of fund, donation and expenditure. The High Court will hear this petition on August 6.

It is to be noted that Amritpal contested the election while in jail and defeated the Congress candidate Kulbir Singh Zira by a huge margin and 17 days ago he took oath as a Member of Parliament in Delhi.
