Drug trafficking case: Bikram Singh Majithia's relatives were interrogated

Two of the 4 close relatives of Bikram Singh Majithia, summoned by the special investigation team of the police in the case of drug trafficking worth crores of rupees in Punjab, appeared today for questioning.

The SIT headed by DIG Harcharan Bhullar interrogated them in Patiala. Summons were issued to four people close to Majithia for February 2, but only two appeared before the court.

This case was registered against Bikram Majithia during the Channi government, in which he has been interrogated three times.

Apart from this, SIT has obtained information from former MLA Boney Ajnala, Akali leader Bittu Aulakh and Jagjit Chahal as witnesses.
