A commercial building in Toronto’s North Etobicoke area was targeted in a shooting early Tuesday morning, police said. The incident occurred at around 4:20 a.m. in a commercial plaza near Humber College Boulevard and Highway 27. Patrol officers in the area reportedly heard gunshots and immediately began investigating. Officers found evidence of gunfire at the scene. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the shooting. The Canadian government has deployed a team of 10 officials to Kathmandu to provide assistance to Canadians affected by the devastating floods in Nepal.
