The requirement of NOC for registration of plots up to 500 yards in illegal colonies in Punjab has been abolished till November 2. In this regard, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann presented the Punjab Apartment and Property Regulation Amendment Bill in the Vidhan Sabha on Tuesday.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister said that this bill will benefit all those people who have purchased plots in illegal colonies before July 31 or have declared in this regard and can also prove that the purchase made by them. is reasonable
It is to be noted that there are about 14 thousand illegal colonies in Punjab and the enactment of this bill will benefit thousands of plot owners of these colonies.
