Senior BJP leader in Punjab Vijay Sampla may say goodbye to the party. Sampla was the contender for ticket from Hoshiapur Lok Sabha seat but the party gave the ticket to Union Minister Som Prakash's wife Anita Som Prakash.

Annoyed by this, Vijay Sampla has now removed 'Modi Ka Parivar' from his social media account and added a post saying that if one path is closed, God opens many paths.

This post of his is being seen in connection with leaving the BJP. Sampla had won the election from Hoshiarpur on a BJP ticket in 2014 but in 2019 his ticket was cut and given to Som Prakash. Hoping to get the ticket this time, he had released the BJP's manifesto a day earlier.
