The special investigation team may again summon Bikram Singh Majithia, senior leader of the Shiromani Akali Dal, in the multi-crore drugs smuggling case of Punjab.

He appeared before the SIT at Patiala Police Line yesterday, he was interrogated for about one and a half hours, but the officials said that Majithia did not cooperate with the investigation, due to which he may be summoned again.

On the other hand, Majithia said that he has appeared before the SIT seven times and he will never run away from the investigation. He claimed that whenever he speaks against Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, he sends summons to him saying sit.
