Shivraj Singh Chouhan, who has been the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh for 4 times, has been entrusted with the Ministry of Agriculture. At the same time, former Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has been given the responsibility of Ministry of Power, Housing and Ministry of Urban Affairs. Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar will remain, apart from this, the charge of Home Minister will also remain with Amit Shah.
Similarly, the departments of Rajnath Singh and Nitin Gadkari have not been changed. Hardeep Singh Puri's ministry has also been retained. He will have the petroleum ministry as before. At the same time, BJP national president JP Nadda has been appointed as the health minister in the Modi cabinet.
