Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will remain in Tihar Jail for the time being. The High Court on Tuesday refused to grant bail in the money laundering case related to the Delhi liquor scam.
The High Court held that the arguments were not properly presented, and therefore set aside the decision of the Rouse Avenue court.
In a strong comment, the high court said that looking at the trial court's decision, it appears that judgment was not exercised while granting bail to Kejriwal, the court should have given the ED adequate opportunity to argue.
