Amritpal Singh's challenge to NSA, High Court's stand

Amritpal Singh has said in the petition that the reasons given by the Punjab government for imposing NSA on him for the second time are wrong.

NSA Amritpal Singh from Khadur Sahib, Punjab, who is currently lodged in Dibrugarh Jail, has challenged the NSA on him in the High Court.

Amritpal Singh has appealed to the High Court to remove it, calling it illegitimate and illegal. The case will be heard next week.

Amritpal Singh has said in the petition that the reasons given by the Punjab government for imposing NSA on him for the second time are wrong.

Amritpal said that he has now also won the election of the Member of Parliament, for which the NSA should be rejected.
