According to information, they may take oath on July 5. Sources in the Punjab Police say that the head of the 'Waris Punjab' is likely to be taken directly to Parliament by helicopter from Assam's Dibrugarh Jail.

Amritpal Singh, who was elected Lok Sabha member from Khadur Sahib in Punjab, has been granted parole, which has paved the way for him to take oath as a Lok Sabha member.

According to information, they may take oath on July 5. Sources in the Punjab Police say that the head of the 'Waris Punjab' is likely to be taken directly to Parliament by helicopter from Assam's Dibrugarh Jail.

It may be mentioned that recently the Punjab government had sent an application to Speaker Om Birla to grant parole to Amritpal Singh to take oath as Member of Parliament from Khadur Sahib.
