Maine's governor says at least 18 people were killed and 13 were injured in shootings in Lewiston.
Gov. Janet Mills made the remarks at a press conference Thursday.
She said the state will ``deploy all available state resources, including grief counselors, to help the affected citizens.
Mills says shooting suspect Robert Card is considered armed and dangerous, warns people not to approach him.

A man opened fire at a bowling alley and a bar, killing at least 16 people.
Law enforcement officials told The Associated Press that dozens of people were also wounded.
The shooting was the country's 36th mass killing this year.
So far this year, the nation has witnessed one of the highest numbers on record of mass killings and deaths to this point in a single year, second only to the year 2019.
