Two people were killed in an early-morning crash on Highway 19 in the Lantzville area of Vancouver Island on Thursday. According to Nanaimo RCMP, the crash occurred around 3 a.m. near the intersection of Ware Road, where two vehicles collided in the southbound lanes of Highway 19.
