Rhea Chakraborty, whose 14-days-long judicial custody was supposed to end on June 21, has been rejected by the High Court yet again.
Rhea was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) with regard to the drugs probe in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case on September 8.
This is for the second time that Rhea’s bail plea has been rejected, the first one was on September 11.
As per sources, Rhea’s bail plea was rejected on the basis of the possibility of the actress alerting the rest of the convicts involved in this drug cartel case that could eventually lead to destroying the evidence.
During the course of investigation, Rhea had given the name of 15 celebrities that could possibly be part of the Bollywood drug cartel.
As per the latest reports, Rhea Chakraborty’s bail plea has been rejected once again and their judicial custody has been extended till October 6.
