Not only Bollywood, but also the Punjabi film industry has shown a strong inclination towards sequels and trilogies. Continuing this trend, the upcoming Punjabi film "Saunkan Saukanay" is gearing up for another installment.

Featuring Ammy Virk, Sargun Mehta, and Nimrat Khaira, filming has commenced under the direction of Smeep Kang and Amberdeep Singh. The initial part of the film received positive reception from audiences, though some criticized its theme as regressive.

Nevertheless, it made waves at the box office. This time, the team aims to recreate the same magic, and guess who's making a comeback? None other than Nirmal Rishi. Surely, this promises to be an entertaining sequel.
