The 67th National Film Awards for the year 2019 honored the works of filmmakers, directors, singers, and people involved in the movie-making process.

In the category of Best Feature Film Punjabi, the Tarsem Jassar and Simi Chahal starrer Rabb Da Radio 2 won the award.

Released in 2019, the movie is the sequel to the 2017 ‘Rabb Da Radio’. The film revolves around emotions and relationships. It teaches a life lesson that no materialistic pleasure can ever be over and above the family bonds.

The movie also stars BN Sharma, Avtar Gill, Nirmal Rishi, Jagjeet Sandhu Harby Sanga, Gurpreet Bhangu, Shivandra Mahal, Sunita Dhir, Tania, Baljinder Kaur and more in pivotal roles.

The film was by Jass Grewal and directed by Sharan Art.
