Punjabi singer Kaka makes Bollywood playback debut with ‘Bhootni Ka

Punjabi singer Kaka has made his Bollywood playback singing debut with the release of ‘Bhootni Ka’, a track from the upcoming film ‘Udata Teer’, starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan.

The song marks the beginning of the film’s music rollout following the release of its trailer. The track has been composed by Sachin-Jigar, with lyrics written by Amitabh Bhattacharya.

Kaka has lent his vocals to the song alongside Twinkle Agarwal and Amitabh Bhattacharya. The release marks Kaka’s first credited Bollywood film song.

Sachin-Jigar said creating the track involved balancing the suspense suggested by Bhattacharya’s lyrics with music that would keep the song engaging. The duo described the recording and composition process as challenging despite the track’s light and entertaining sound.
