Punjabi industry comes in support of Bharat Bandh

The farmers protesting against the new farm bills in Delhi have called for Bharat Bandh on December 8.

The entire Punjabi industry including actors and singers like Diljit Dosanjh, Ammy Virk, Ranjit Bawa, Gippy Grewal, Babbal Rai, B Jayy Randhawa, Nimrat Khaira and more have come out in support of the farmers and the Bharat Bandh.

The artists have taken to their social media handle to show their support.

Singer-actor Babbal Rai shared- Support BHARAT BANDH tomorrow on 8th December #8_दिसंबर_भारत_बन्द #TakeBackFarmLaws #farmersprotest #IndiaSupportFarmerProtest.

On the other hand, singer Nimrat Khaira also offered support.

She shared the following post on her social media account. "Plz do support tomorrow #8_december_bharat_band #farmersprotest #kisaanmajdoorektazindabad

Almost every Punjabi artist has been a part of the farmers’ movement and many of them have also released songs in support of the farmers and their protest.
