Bollywood actress Sanya Malhotra has received a nomination for the Best Actress award at the upcoming New York Indian Film Festival 2024 for her portrayal in the film "Mrs."

In addition to Sanya's nomination, the film's director, Arati Kadav, has also earned recognition with a nomination in the Best Director category. This news was shared on the official Instagram account of Jio Studios.

"We're thrilled to announce that our Hindi film 'Mrs.' will be featured at the prestigious #NewYorkIndianFilmFestival2024! And that's not all! The talented Sanya Malhotra is in the running for Best Actress, while the exceptional Arati Kadav has been nominated for Best Director," the post read.

Expressing her excitement, Sanya stated, "I'm incredibly proud that 'Mrs.' has been selected as the closing film for NYIFF.
