Internationally renowned artist Diljit Dosanjh is currently celebrating the success of his Dil Luminati Tour 2024, which has set records at multiple venues.

Recently, Diljit took to Instagram to announce the release date of his upcoming Punjabi film, Sardaarji 3. This film is the highly anticipated sequel to Sardaarji, which was a record-breaking hit upon its initial release. Sardaarji 3 is scheduled to hit theaters on June 27, 2025. Diljit shared the film’s poster on Instagram, showcasing a monochromatic, blurred image of himself with his back to the camera, accompanied by a voice-over dialogue. In his caption, Diljit wrote, “Sardaarji 3 Releasing Worldwide June 27, 2025.”

So far, 2024 has been a stellar year for Diljit. In addition to his successful tour, his Bollywood film Amar Singh Chamkila has received widespread acclaim. Even as the buzz around Chamkila was still strong, Diljit surprised fans by making an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.

However, Diljit has faced some controversy recently. Allegations surfaced regarding non-payment to dancers who performed during his Diljit Dosanjh Dil-Luminati tour in Canada. While some dancers claimed they were not compensated for their work, others expressed satisfaction and pride in performing with Diljit. These rumors were dismissed by Diljit’s manager and show curator, Sonali Singh.
