In a recent development, Chandigarh police has filed an FIR against kisan leader Baldev Singh Sirsa, Punjabi singer Jass Bajwa, gangster- turned- activist Lakhvir Singh alias Lakha Sidhana, and Punjabi actress Sonia Mann for protesting against the Farm Bills in Chandigarh.
The protesters wanted to present their request to the governor of Chandigarh. All these people were arrested at Sector 17 police station under sections 186, 188, 332, 353, 147, 148, and 149 of the Indian Penal Code.
