I see you at Cannes Sunanda Sharma

Punjabi singer Sunanda Sharma highlighted Punjabi culture at the prestigious 77th Cannes Film Festival in 2024.

Dressed in exquisite traditional attire, she highlighted Punjab's rich heritage. Sunanda wore an ivory-colored salwar kameez, accessorized with a nose ring and a maangteeka.

Sunanda expressed her pride, stating, “It is an incredible honor to represent my culture and roots at the Cannes Film Festival. Being here is not just a personal achievement but a victory for the entire Punjabi community. I hope this moment inspires others to embrace and celebrate their heritage proudly.”

Sunanda Sharma debuted as a singer with the song Billi Akh and transitioned to acting in the 2018 film Sajjan Singh Rangroot alongside Diljit Dosanjh and Yograj Singh.
