Ektaa Kapoor receives International Emmy Directorate Award

Bollywood and Indian television producer Ekta Kapoor has been honoured with the prestigious International Directorate Award at the 51st International Emmy Awards ceremony in New York.
Ekta was presented this award by famous author Deepak Chopra.
Ekta Kapoor now becomes the first Indian women filmmaker to receive this honour.
Ekta Kapoor has issued a statement wherein she expressed her joy on winning the award. Ekta has expressed her gratitude to the audiences who’ve enjoyed her art of storytelling!
