Police Commissioner Harmanbir Singh Gill said the arrested accused include the alleged main shooter and prime accused, Parminder alias Kaka. He was arrested in Gujarat with the assistance of Gujarat Police. A team of Amritsar Police has also left for Gujarat by air to formally arrest him and bring him back. Veteran Bollywood actor Nana Patekar passed away at the age of 75 on Thursday morning after suffering a cardiac arrest at his residence in Dona Paula, Goa. He was declared dead at Manipal Hospital at around 5:20 a.m. despite doctors’ efforts to revive him for nearly 45 minutes. According to Dr. Shekhar Salkar of Manipal Hospital, Patekar had messaged a friend around 2:30 a.m. saying he was unwell.
