Punjabi singer-actor Amrinder Gill’s Punjabi film and music banner Rhythm Boyz has removed all its content from JioSaavn, an online music streaming service.
In a press statement, Rhythm Boyz, a Punjabi film production and distribution company with headquarters in Amritsar and Canada said that they have extended their unconditional support to ongoing farmers’ protest.
"Most of the content has already been removed from the Jio Saavn Digital Store and the instructions to remove the rest have already been given.
We are extending full unconditional support to our farmer fraternity," said Karaj Gill of Rhythm Boyz Entertainment.
The production company is owned by singer-actor Amrinder Gill and film producer Karaj Gill and it is credited to give Punjabi film industry many hits including Angrej, Bambukaat, Love Punjab, Vekh Baraatan Challiyan, Chal Mera Putt to name a few.
