Bollywood’s veteran actor Asrani will soon be seen in a Punjabi film, which marks his debut in Pollywood industry. Punjabi actor Gurpreet Ghuggi took to social media handle to share the picture and in the caption he mentioned - “Asrani ji first time in a Punjabi movie.” The release date or the title of the film hasn’t been announced yet.

Pollywood director Smeep Kang shared an official poster of his upcoming web-series, 'Ki Banu Punia Da.' The series will be presented by Prasen Films Pvt Ltd & Smeep Kang Productions. Punjabi singer Sardool Sikander passed away at Fortis hospital at Mohali on Wednesday. He was 60. Sikander was under treatment for kidney damage and other ailments for the past few days. Sikander, who was diabetic, was recently treated for COVID-19. He had undergone renal transplant in 2016 and Percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) in 2003," the hospital said in a statement.
