Kangana Ranaut’s Thalaivi postponed amid rise in covid-19 cases
Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut starrer upcoming biopic, Thalaivi has been postponed indefinitely. The film based on the life of former Tamil Nadu chief minister and actor J Jayalalithaa, was previously scheduled to release on April 23 in theatres. But, in the wake of the rising cases of Coronavirus and the subsequent lockdown across various regions of India, the makers announced their decision on Friday.

Akshay Kumar back home after testing negative for COVID-19
Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar who was diagnosed with COVID-19 amid the shooting of Ram Setu, was hospitalized as a precaution. And now, his wife, Twinkle Khanna has now confirmed that the actor is back home and safe.
Twinkle Khan took to her Instagram to share a Simpsons caricature and captioned it, "Safe and sound and good to have him back around. #allizwell."
Akshay Kumar was the latest celebrity to have tested positive for COVID-19. Aamir Khan, Varun Dhawan, Kartik Aaryan, R Madhavan, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, Fatima Sana Shaikh, among others have contracted coronavirus.

Irrfan Khan & Rishi Kapoor remembered at BAFTA
Bollywood actors Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor, who died in April 2020, were among the individuals who were honoured at BAFTA's 'In Memoriam' segment, which also paid tribute to Prince Philip, Chadwick Boseman and Christopher Plummer.'In Memoriam' segment honours personalities lost in the past year.Both the actors were mentioned in the tribute video for their contribution to the cinema. Ma Rainey's Black Bottom wins two prizes at BAFTA Awards

Is Farhan Akhtar part of Marvel series
Rumour has it that Bollywood actor Farhan Akhtar has bagged an International project with Marvel Studios. Apparently, Farhan has already left Mumbai for the shoot.
A source close to the development shares, “Farhan is currently stationed in Bangkok, along with an international cast and crew, for the shoot of a project with Marvel Studios, who are known to be one of the biggest film studios worldwide.”
All other details of the project are strictly under wraps.
Marvel Studios is an American film and television studio known for the production of the Marvel Cinematic Universe films.

MS Dhoni turns producer for animated spy series
Former India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni is set to produce an animated series, titled Captain 7.
The first season of the spy series, which is currently in pre-production, will be based on Dhoni, the makers said in a statement.
The seven in the title refers to Dhoni's jersey number which he donned in many one-day international matches.
The project is a joint venture between Mahendra Singh Dhoni and wife Sakshi Singh Dhoni's production house Dhoni Entertainment Pvt Ltd and Black White Orange Brands Pvt Ltd. (BWO).
