The second season of the Canada Super 60 tournament is set to begin in Vancouver on September 29.
Before the start of this cricket tournament, the league is undertaking a special initiative to search for 12 male players and 6 female players, who will be included in the league's leading teams.
This talent hunt is being conducted under a special initiative called the Future Super Stars Program.
This program is visiting a total of 7 cities across Canada, with trials held in Victoria on August 31, trials held in Surrey yesterday, and trials held in Winnipeg today.

During the trials held at Crescent Park in Surrey on Tuesday, we spoke with coach Andy Tennant about this program who said, "this is a great opportunity to include young Canadian talent to be a part of the franchise tournament. We have a criteria to what we are looking for, as this is T10 cricket we need batters who can hit boundaries and we need bowlers who are skillful and have good variations."

To be part of this trial process, it was necessary to register in advance.
After the trials in Victoria on August 31, and in Surrey on September 1, these trials were held in Winnipeg today, and going forward these trials are scheduled to be held in Calgary on September 4, Montreal on September 5, Toronto on September 6 and Brampton on September 7.
According to the organizers, this process will provide an opportunity to bring good talent onto a bigger platform.
