Delta police are searching for a driver who may have important information related to the investigation into the suspicious death of a woman whose body was recently found in a field. Police said emergency crews responded to a report of a fire in a field in the 6400-block of River Road at around 6:10 a.m. on Aug. 26. When they arrived at the scene, they discovered the body of a woman. Investigators are still working to identify the woman and determine the cause and circumstances of her death.
