RCMP have arrested a man and woman in the theft of copper wire at a cell phone tower east of Calgary. Police were called by a Telus employee who was live-monitoring the theft on video. Alberta Health Services says a communications mix-up is the reason why it took an ambulance 30 minutes to respond after dogs attacked an 86-year-old woman in Calgary.
