On May 15, 2025 at approximately 3:40 am, Langley RCMP responded to a report of a disturbance in the 19800 block of 56 Avenue. A 20-year-old Indian man has been sentenced to three weeks in jail in Singapore for molesting an air hostess. The Indian, identified as Rajat, grabbed the air hostess from behind and dragged her into the toilet with him on a Singapore Airlines flight from Perth to Singapore on February 28.
