US President Donald Trump said in a statement today that his administration helped broker an immediate ceasefire between Pakistan and India, both nuclear-armed countries, on Saturday. Trump said that I said, let's do a lot of trade with you, stop the war. If you don't stop it, we won't do any trade.

Trump, praising himself, said that before me, probably no one has ever used trade the way I have used it. The President said that when I talked about stopping trade, suddenly they said that we think we are going to stop and they stopped the conflict.

Meanwhile, China has called the reports of sending weapons to Pakistan false. At the same time, India has of course stopped the war with Pakistan but has maintained the ban on the Indus Water Treaty.
