An Edmonton man has been charged in connection with the deaths of two people found inside a home in Langley, according to police. A man is dead after a daytime shooting inside a business complex in Surrey’s Newton area on Monday, according to police. Surrey Police Service said officers were called at 3 p.m. to the 13000-block of 76 Avenue for reports of a shooting inside the foyer of an office building.
