Before the assembly elections in Haryana, wrestler Vinesh Phogat and Tokyo Olympics bronze medalist Bajrang Punia have met Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in New Delhi.

There is news that both will contest the Assembly elections on the Congress ticket. According to sources, the Congress is trying to dispel the ongoing wrestling movement against the BJP by making these two candidates in the assembly elections. Meanwhile, Rahul Gandhi held an election rally in Jammu and Kashmir today.

In his address to the people, he said that the Congress will return the state status to Jammu and Kashmir. It is to be noted that elections are to be held in three phases from September 18 to October 1 in Jammu and Kashmir. Attacking PM Modi, Rahul Gandhi said that Modi is afraid of the people of India, we will remove him from the government.
