Sarbjot Singh of Ambala, who wins a bronze medal for India in the Paris Olympics, will be given Rs 2.5 crore by the Haryana government. Apart from this, Sarbjot will also get a government job. This was announced by Haryana Government Sports Minister Sanjay Singh.

He had reached Sarbjot's house in Ambala on Wednesday. In the meantime, he also made Sarabjit's father Jitinder Singh speak to Chief Minister Naib Saini on the phone, who congratulated the family.

At the same time, Haryana's Jhajjar shooter Manu Bhakar, who created history by winning two medals in the Olympics, will get five crores or two and a half crores, the suspense remains. Sarbjot Singh along with Manu Bhakar won the bronze medal in the 10 meter pistol shooting competition.
