Surrey police say a youth has been charged with three counts of indecent exposure following a series of reported incidents in the Clayton Heights and Cloverdale areas.
According to a release from the Surrey Police Service and the RCMP Surrey Provincial Operations Support Unit, investigators have documented multiple incidents between September 2025 and March 2026. Police allege the suspect exposed himself to women in the Clayton Heights neighbourhood and in downtown Cloverdale.
Officers say they have spoken with several victims so far, ranging in age from 14 to 38. Investigators believe additional victims may not yet have contacted police and are asking anyone who experienced a similar incident to come forward.
The suspect, who cannot be identified under youth justice legislation, was arrested in Surrey on March 5 and has been remanded in custody while the case proceeds through the courts.
Police say the investigation remains ongoing as officers work to determine whether there are further victims or related incidents connected to the file.
